Ashdens Chartered Accountants can trace its origins back to 1909, and the current firm is derived from the merger in 1985 of the two long-established London firms George Wildash and Holden Howard. The company now comprises six partners and over 25 staff at offices in London, Luton and Shaftesbury. Jeff Bradford joined Ashdens in 1985, and was admitted to partnership in 1996. He has responsibility for larger client audits as well as areas of particular reporting complexity such as pension schemes.
Peter Hudson qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and deals with all apsects of accountancy, tax and auditing work including charities. He has been a partner in Ashdens since 1989.
Clive Wheatley was admitted to partnership in 1986. He has advised on Unlisted Securities Market flotations.
Martin Sandercombe is the sole partner operating from Ashdens’ Shaftesbury office. He has considerable experience in taxation and financial planning.
